The Realm of Eternal Rain

Wow, looking back at the archives, it has been quite some time since I blogged. Well, there are a lot of stuff to catch up with leaving me with little time to maintain my blog. Another reason would be due to lack of access to the internet. If and only if I have a laptop, things would be easier. I can go to the town center and sit there, enjoying the free Wifi provided by the government. Cool huh? Too bad that I can’t go around carrying my desktop. Should have asked for a laptop instead of a desktop. I didn’t indulge myself in gaming that often anymore. Sigh.

Blogging has been a little bit tiring nowadays. It has been draining my brain dry. Perhaps I should take a break. But that will be after this month. My activities on blogging will lessen then, due to the fact that I have to start my job hunting. Sigh. Whenever I think of that I got into depression.

My alexa ranking is increased from 6 million to two million. I certainly hope that it will be increased over the time. After all, it’s one of the important aspect for those paid post programs. Anyone has tips on how to improve the alexa rank? Also, it seems like my blog PR still remained the same. Hmmm… I hope that in the next update I could fetch a three. I am not greedy.

It’s a bit frustrating when I was just about to submit the link to the paid post I did and PayPerPost decided to do some maintenance. What about the post that I have posted up? What if the ops has been taken and it’s totally a waste of effort to write that post. >.< This is the second time I have encountered with such problem.

Another one would be reserving the ops. It says that if we take the ops, it will be reserved for 1 hour. Good, one hour is enough. But the problem is, after I reserved the post and start writing the certain paid post, and submit the post within 15 minutes, guess what, the ops is taken by others. This case I have encounter countless time. I hope they can do something about it.

Well, the template that I have been using currently seems to have a little misalignment here and there. Not that it matters a lot but I think I am getting a bit bored with the design of the template. But there’s limit themes to choose from and I am lazy to edit the codes other than changing the header. By the way, do you like my header?

I guess if I am free during the weekend, I’ll change the template. If I am feeling lazy, I guess the template will stay as it is.

Blogging has been a fun thing that I look forward. But sometimes, it is rather hard to come up with something to write. Well, I do experience weird things happening in my life but it’s hard to write it down. But now, I have find a new motivation to write even more entries. Driven by those paid post programs that I have joined, I find it easier to write more entries. Well, I think it is a good way to earn money since money just don’t fall on your lap like that. For me, it is a good way to get some pocket money and collecting a fund to buy my own domain and host. Cheers.

This is the first anniversary of The Realm of Eternal Rain blog. Even though I have been blogging irregularly, but heck, I am proud of moi blog.

Looking back, I wondered how I started this blog. Peers influence I shall say. A few of my friends do blog.

Then why the blog’s name is The Realm of Eternal Rain. Hmmm, let see, I am a fan of Final Fantasy series game. So, when I was playing Final Fantasy IX, there is this kingdom called Burmecia, The Realm of Eternal Rain. A place where the rain keep on falling non-stop. Rather a nice name don’t you think? Hence, I named this blog after the kingdom.

Perhaps, during the time that this blog was created, I was a bit gloomy. The gloominess might be one of the very reason why it has this name. Nonetheless, I like Eternal Rain.

Happy 1st Anniversary. Hopefully I can celebrate more with you.

I do hope that I will have more time to blog more. It seems like it has become a routine every fortnightly. Well, it would be great if I can keep it up everyday. Blogging is an acquired taste. Either you like it or you hate it. It is like you have it for the sheer fun of it. Fun or not, most of the blogs I happened to come across are abandoned after a few months. I almost did that too.

But sometimes, blogging seems fun. Fun when you have things to write. Not fun when you don’t. Heheh.. some stupid mumbling here. Anyway, I’ll keep those posts more often. I hope. So in the future, I can look back and proudly proclaimed, “Hey, I do have a blog.” At least for some months.

This blog is getting a bit bored. Nothing much except for my personal thoughts. Perhaps I should start to give it some life. However I ll be very busy soon. Maybe if I have enough time, I will try my best to clean it up. Till then, it will stay as it is. Just some random thoughts. Anyway, I have been taking quite a long time to post one post. Perhaps that too, will continue. As I said. I’m busy. But still I don’t want to let go of this blog. I like the name. Eternal rain. Gloomy but it has a nice ring to it.

Boring is definitely the word. Nothing much to do around except studying perhaps. The time at this time of the year sure slow. Going to hit the library. Exams should be around the corner. I might not have much time updating this blog after all. Guess it will be weekly affairs or monthly. It depends. Lately don’t really have much mood in blogging.

Broadband here sucks. It says 512kps. For me, it’s running slower than dial p. It takes me forever, I mean, FOREVER, to load a page. Let alone to do some serious blog surfing and stuffs. I hate when the internet is slow. It feels as though my limbs are not working. God, can’t it be a little faster.

I wished they give a better service. But too bad for us consumer. The broadband supplier dominates the business. *sobbing away*

I’ve been hiatus for the past few weeks. *sobs*

But I’ll be back soon. And on hiatus mode again (*sobs*) for another few more weeks.
