Wow. I can’t believe myself. I slept for 12 hours straight. I went to bed at 5 in the morning the day before yesterday and woke up at 5 in the evening. That explained why I can’t sleep now. I have a class tomorrow morning which means either I go to class or I will totally missed it. Sometimes I am amazed of myself for capable to sleep so long. Perhaps I should really wake up earlier. It didn’t rain today unlike yesterday. I was looking forward for the rain though.

I read from a magazine a recipe for grilled pepper sandwich. The instructions said that the grilled peppers, if kept for 2 days in the fridge will turn out to be very nice. I wonder if it is true. Healthy bread. that’s what I bought yesterday. After reading a grilled cheese recipe from a website, I was off to buy some bread, bacon and cheese. I hope it turns out well, my cooking that is. I bought a loaf of rye bread and a Zurich bread. The rye bread was a bit hard. Hmmm, I certainly hope that the Zurich bread will turn out nice. You know, soft and fluffy.
